Nigerian Pomegrita
Ingredients (1 portion)
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 Lime
- 1/4 cup Grape juice
- 1 Pomegranate fruit

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Take the pomegranate seeds from the fruit.
Step 2
Crush the seeds (with a mixer if available) and sieve them to get the juice.
Step 3
Put ice cubes, a slice of lime and the grape juice into a container.
Step 4
Squeeze some lemon a lime into the container – add the tequila for spice.
Step 5
If you wish to add a lot of tequila, I would recommend to salt the edges of the glass (dip the glass edges in water and then in sugar, this will make the sugar stick). Stir slowly and pour the container contents into cocktail glasses. Garnish with an orange or grapefruit slice.
